Apple's official iPhone 12 Pro Max design is exposed: looks like iPhone 5
YouTuber EverythingApplePro has always been a reliable source of information, and every new product, Apple will send them for testing purposes. EverythingApplePro recently uploaded a video that clearly exposed the official CAD design of the iPhone 12 Pro Max.
The video shows that compared with the iPhone 11 Pro Max, the phone will be thinner, from 8.1 mm to 7.4 mm.
iPhone CAD schematics are usually leaked before the product is released, because mobile phone accessory manufacturers need to make accessories in order to prepare for the release of the new iPhone.
And this CAD drawing is probably leaked from Foxconn factory and then sold to the parts supplier. Since the iPhone 12 is still in the late prototype stage, with the final mass production of Apple, some details may still change.
This phone will be equipped with a 6.7-inch OLED display, which is higher than the 6.5-inch in the iPhone 11 Pro Max. The width and height of the entire phone will be slightly increased to accommodate the additional screen, but the most significant change is the difference in screen frame thickness.
The size of the bezel is reduced from 2.5 mm to 1.5 mm on all four sides, which is about 40% smaller. This increases the overall screen share of the device and looks very modern.
The current iPhone camera bump has a distinct layered design, with the camera raised above the smaller bump. The iPhone 12 camera bump design will transition to make the bump itself thicker, which means the camera will not stick out too much from the bump.
The overall size of the total protrusions is approximately the same, but-as previously mentioned-the body is thinner.
